How use Microsoft store app
Your Surface functionality can be extended by installing different kind of applications. Microsoft store provides you an easy access to shop for free apps & paid apps, books, services etc.
Ø To access the store app
1. Select the search box in the taskbar, enter Store, and in the search results, select Store.
2. To quickly search for a product while viewing an item, tap on the search icon (magnifying glass icon) located at the upper right corner of the screen and type whatever you want to search for. You can also choose a product from the categories.
3. To buy the product, tap the price. If the item offers a free trial, tap Free trial to try the item for free for a limited time. If the item is free, tap Free.
Note: You may be prompted to enter your Microsoft account information when using this shopping app for the first time.
Ø Downloading and Installing Apps
The Microsoft store gives you the opportunity to download apps to your device. To do this:
1. Select the search box in the taskbar, enter Store, and in the search results, select Store.
2. Using the search icon, search for the apps you want to download. You may use the Refine tab to customize your search.
